Multilayer piezoelectric ceramics must be sintered in a reducing atmosphere, preventing oxidation of the inner base metal. Plate-like textured (Ba, Ca)(Ti, Sn, Hf)O3 ceramics with a <001> preferred orientation were successfully developed at a low oxygen partial pressure (PO2:10?8 atm) using a BaTiO3 (BT) template with sintering temperatures < 1300 °C, which is beneficial for multilayer applications using base metal co-firing with ceramics. When adding the 3 wt% BT template, the proposed samples had a Lottgering factor of 84 %, piezoelectric coefficients d33 = 324 pC/N, -d31 = 122 (pC/N), and Qm = 452, and the strain values increased from 0.07 % for the randomly oriented ceramics to 0.115 % at 20 kV/cm for the textured ceramics, confirming that the texturing behavior assisted the grain growth and improved both the soft and hard behaviors and insulation resistance of the proposed lead-free ceramics. Geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs), which have a very low permeability to water and a considerably high self-healing capacity, are widely used in liner systems of landfills. In this study, a series of experimental tests were carried out under complex conditions on typical commercial GCLs from China. In particular, the effects of pH values and lead ions (Pb2+) were tested in addition to other factors. The swelling properties of natural bentonite encapsulated between geotextile components in the GCLs were tested first. The swelling capacity was reduced rapidly at pH values < 3 and concentrations of Pb2+ >40 mM. Permeability tests on GCLs with different concentrations of lead ions were then performed by using the self-developed multi-link flexible wall permeameter, and data showed that increases in lead ion concentrations greatly improved the permeability. Finally, self-healing capacity tests were conducted on needle-punched GCLs under different levels of damage. Results showed that the GCLs have a good self-healing capacity with small diameter damage holes (2 mm, close to three times the original aperture), but with a damage aperture larger than 15% of the sample area, the self-healing capacity could not prevent leakage; hence, in certain situations it will be necessary to repair the damage to meet the anti-seepage requirement. 相似文献

AbstractA mechanical model of steel-concrete composite beams considering horizontal slip and vertical pull-out effects under negative bending moment was established based on the theory of elastic deformation. By using the principle of force equilibrium and deformation compatibility condition, the differential equation was derived and deduced using computational calculation program, in which the formula of the pull-out force in shear connectors under negative bending moment was obtained. The experiment was conducted in order to verify the reliability of theoretical results. The results show: under the same load condition, the pull-out force of a single stud increases with the increase of the stud spacing. All the theoretical results were verified by comparing with experiment results to illustrate the accuracy and reliability of the calculation method. It provides a theoretical reference for the study of the interface interaction considering horizontal slip and vertical pull-out effect in the negative bending moment region of continuous composite beams. 相似文献

Although genome mining has advanced the identification, discovery, and study of microbial natural products, the discovery of bacterial diterpenoids continues to lag behind. Herein, we report the identification of 66 putative producers of novel bacterial diterpenoids, and the discovery of the tiancilactone (TNL) family of antibiotics, by genome mining of type II diterpene synthases that do not possess the canonical DXDD motif. The TNLs, which are broad‐spectrum antibiotics with moderate activities, are produced by both Streptomyces sp. CB03234 and Streptomyces sp. CB03238 and feature a highly functionalized diterpenoid skeleton that is further decorated with chloroanthranilate and γ‐butyrolactone moieties. Genetic manipulation of the tnl gene cluster resulted in TNL congeners, which provided insights into their biosynthesis and structure–activity relationships. This work highlights the biosynthetic potential that bacteria possess to produce diterpenoids and should inspire continued efforts to discover terpenoid natural products from bacteria. 相似文献

It is believed that the formation of hydration phase, MgO-SiO2-H2O (M-S-H), contributes to good workability and reliable comprehensive properties for magnesia based castables. In order to stimulate the formation of M-S-H in magnesia based castables and understand the minimum introduction of microslica amount, wet milling process was used to promote the dissolution of MgO and SiO2 in this work. The slurry containing different content of microsilica with wet milling technology and the castables with/without wet milling slurry were prepared. The effects of microsilica content on the formation of hydration phases were analyzed by XRD, FT-IR and TG/DSC and the properties of magnesia based castables were evaluated by explosion resistance, CMOR, HMOR and so on. The results showed that the formation of M-S-H was accelerated because of the dissolution of Mg2+ and HSiO3? in wet milling process. Higher amount of M-S-H led to a tight bonding in the early stage, and a denser structure after firing at high temperature due to the limited formation of brucite and in-situ formation of evenly distributed forsterite phase. In addition, much higher HMOR were obtained when less microsilica was added, attributing to the suppressed formation of low-melting-point liquid. 以红花菜籽油中亚油酸为原料,偏铁酸钠为催化剂,在单因素试验的基础上,选取反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量为考察因素,以异构化产物共轭亚油酸(CLA)转化率为响应值,通过响应面分析法对异构化反应进行优化,并建立相应的回归模型,试验结果表明,红花菜籽油中亚油酸异构化为CLA的最佳工艺为:反应温度195℃、反应时间4.7 h、催化剂用量0.6 g,在此条件下得到CLA转化率为92.90%,与预测值93.92%相比,误差为1.02%.然后再通过脲素包合纯化、经2%的H2SO4-CH3OH溶液甲酯化后,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测CLA含量为64.27%. 相似文献
